EstatePilot collects your name, mobile number, optional email, preferred home size, budget, buying timeline and visit selection to respond to your property enquiry and arrange your visit. Campaign source information helps us understand how you found us.
Only the authorised EstatePilot owner can view enquiry records. We do not publish your details or sell them through this website. If you select the optional Google Ads measurement checkbox and tracking is configured, Google receives a conversion event after your visit reservation is saved. This can use advertising cookies to attribute the reservation to an ad click. This form does not send your name, phone, email, budget or preferences to Google. Advertising measurement is optional and is separate from permission to contact you. A reservation is not proof of a verified buyer or an attended visit.
Your enquiry and visit are saved on our server. This browser tab holds a temporary access token to restore your booking progress after a refresh; it does not store your contact details. Close the tab when using a shared device. Opening WhatsApp shares a prepared message only when you choose to send it.
Contact 8088696905 to request access, correction, deletion or to withdraw contact consent. Withdrawing consent stops further follow-up. No buyer payment details are collected.
